This policy covers information collected through our website and marketing. It does not cover protected health information created or kept as part of your care as a patient, which is governed separately by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our Site, submit a lead form through one of our ads, request an appointment, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share, such as your skin goals or areas of interest.

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our Site and to show relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings and opt out of certain Google Analytics collection using Google's tools.
