Licensed Aesthetician

Location: Derma – Baton Rouge, LA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Aesthetic Team Leader

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed, experienced aesthetician to perform medical-grade cosmetic procedures and support our mission of delivering high-quality, customized skincare treatments. This role requires professionalism, client service excellence, and confidence in using advanced aesthetic devices.

Responsibilities

·       Perform aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial, BBL, Moxi, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and skincare education

·       Educate patients on appropriate skincare routines and product recommendations

·       Maintain accurate records of treatments and progress

·       Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols

·       Collaborate with the team on service delivery, consultations, and events

·       Participate in continuing education and occasional promotional efforts

Qualifications

·       Louisiana Aesthetician license required

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in a dermatology, medspa, or plastic surgery setting preferred

·       Skilled in advanced devices (e.g., HydraFacial, BBL, laser platforms)

·       Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient rapport

·       EMR and scheduling system experience a plus

·       Preferred: Established client base and proven ability to retain patients
